Originated from the Philippines and has gone through the exact journey our nurses will have.
It paved the way for her to gain a deeper understanding of the recruitment process, shortfall and nursing logistics.
She has more than a decade of solid experience in clinical hands on and senior management roles in nursing. Her nursing years is centred to providing safe, compassionate care and unequivocal fair standpoint.
Her advocacy to help the less advantage drives her to innovate and make a difference in this world in her own simple ways. She believes that a simple act of kindness will translate positively across language barriers, cultural differences and beliefs.
Annual charity events with the help of her fellow healthcare professionals where proceeds go to their chosen organisations, mainly the children with disabilities and orphans, so they may have a chance to unlock their potentials.

MR ALI SALIH

Mpharm / Clinical Pharmacist,
Having completed a Master of Pharmacy at the University of Hertfordshire, he conducted his research in his final year focused on patient safety and the trends and causes of deaths related to controlled drugs in the UK.
His extensive experience in secondary and tertiary healthcare sectors has given him a deep understanding of the diverse personalities and cultures that exist within multidisciplinary professions. This understanding has driven his interest in continuous professional development (CPD), recruitment and retention, and leadership, particularly in regards to empowering individuals within healthcare practice.
DR. TIM LEBENS
CMO/Director
Completed his postgraduate training in General Practice at St Mary's Hospital and in Psychiatry at the Priory Hospital, London. He has been a regular feature columnist to the Health Section of both Esquire and Tatler Magazines, as well as acting as a certified trainer, mentor and teacher of junior doctors in General Practice.
A member of the Royal College of General Practitioners, Dr. Lebens has a broad knowledge and wide range of experience in General medicine. He has worked as a Doctor in the NHS for over 20 years and in private practice for over 15 years. He has been awarded the highest accolade in General Practice, the prestigious "Fellowship" to The Royal College, for achievements in General Practice, Public Health and Education. This coveted award is issued to less than 2% of GPs in the country.
Dr Lebens has a keen understanding of the healthcare across NHS and Private hospitals in London, having worked with most of them. He was on the Local Medical Council for North West London NHS Trusts. He has been an advisor on public health with Oman's Health Secretary and helped to introduce the concept of a medical educational exchange between the UK and Oman. He has forged key connections with Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, St Mary's, Charing Cross and Hamersmith Hospitals, as well as connecting across local commissioning groups amongst West London General Practices.
He has been a partner at his NHS General Practice in Kensington for over 10 years, running a team of over 20 employees, helping to manage day to day HR issues, staff development and business strategy.
Privately, Dr Lebens works at The Wellington Hospital in central London, and has close connections with the management of inpatients, outpatients and concierge services.
